Spencer has been involved in self-storage development since 2011. He began his career shortly after graduating from law school at Arcland. Since leaving Arcland to form Windrush, Spencer had developed or acquired over 300,000 square feet of storage properties. Windrush is a full services development, acquisition, and consulting firm specializing in the self-storage industry.

Stuart Wade has been involved and dedicated to the self storage asset class since 2004 when he joined The Nicholson Companies (AAAA Self Storage). In his capacity with this firm and in future endeavors, he has become experienced in the entire life cycle of self storage investing from site selection, winning municipal entitlements, building and construction, on and off site staffing and training, improving operational and financial results, long term financing and asset disposition. He formed his own private consulting practice in 2011, SCW Realty Advisors, and largely manages his own account and consults with a large rolodex of friends in the self storage arena throughout the eastern United States. He has served on the Editorial Advisory Board of Self Storage Now! magazine and is a former elected Board Member of the South Carolina Self Storage Association. He has authored numerous articles in self storage trade journals and has conducted symposiums at both national and state level trade shows and conferences.
